We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Saicha Design.
Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
Under Swedish distance selling legislation, you have 14 days right of withdrawal from the date you received your item. To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at saichadesign10@gmail.com within 14 days.
Return conditions:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost
- Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return
- The refund will be made via the same payment method used at the time of purchase
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
- Digital products (planner stickers) cannot be returned after download
- Personalised products

Damaged or faulty products
If you have received a damaged or faulty product, please contact us immediately at saichadesign10@gmail.com and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
